The village Nangli is sacred sanctum popularly known as Shri Nangli Sahaib or Nangli Dham or Nangli Tirth is the spiritual seat, and the final destination, of His Holiness Satguru 1008 Swami Swarupanand Ji Maharaj, also called as Shri Nangli Niwasi Bhagwan Ji. The main temple of Nangli Bhagwan along with many other small temples and ashrams were built decades back. The Nangli Dham is registered as Shri Nangli Sahib Darbar Trust. In addition, there are many other Ashrams and Trusts in the village connected directly or indirectly with the Darbar Trust. Meditation, yoga, and religious teachings are the major offerings of the Trust Ashrams in addition to providing medical facilities through Hospital (Paramhans Swami Swarupanand Charitable Hospital, founded by Swami Gurusharnanand  Ji Maharaj, Shri Nijatam Sar Sewa Society), dispensary (Sar Charitable Dispensary, Sar Shabad Mission) , and treatment through Ayurveda center (Dr. Swami Vigayna Nand Puri Ji, Anatar Dhayan Yog Kendra). A newly built meditation cum entertainment center, Tapovan, founded by Swami Dharmanand Ji Maharaj of Sar Shabad Mission, shows emphasis in uplifting the masses through spiritual teaching.  Devotees from various parts of the India and abroad visit the place regularly all year around.

Though the village has a government primary school, 3 private middle and secondary schools, there is no facility for developing technical skills of the kids in and around village. Goal of this school is to fulfil that need of the students from village Nangli and area around.
